Californian Mediterranean based on Santa Barbara style.

Because of my Spanish roots, I have always wanted to live in Spain. My future self would own a Californian Mediterranean home because this stile of home is based on Spanish houses. When one enters my home, one is greeted by a beautiful Old world stairwell in the entry. This stairwell represents my future self because i value and appreciate the past. the rail and cap were all costume-made. These reflect my attention to detail and my desire to add a personal touch. this is based on the master homes of European nobility and represents my family history as my Ancestors were from Spain.

The house welcomes you to go and see every room and explore the different utilities of the house. in the residence there is an art room, in these ''art room'' is where I created the sketches from the rail and the cap and since i like to relax sometimes i figured that will be a great time killer, in these room i like to integrate the old European sculpture and I desided to import pillars from Greece and incorporate these pillars to my art studio to give that refine filling to the room.

I personally like old classic American Muscle. In the house I incorporated a garage for cars and machanics, I really have a passion with classic cars and these garage is not for mechanics only, people that own classic cars can come and have a free time with their machines and every now and then a classic car show for the people in town so we cannot forget those childhood moments with your family and that special car.

the kitchen is designed with a middle beem and the chandelier that hangs from it so they would be positioned over the island. the chandeliere with waxed candles creates a soft glow over the island perfect for a good Spanish-style meals and these brings a family felling to the house. All the cabinetry in the house is custom designed and hand-finished. there's really no need for a dining room such a spacious island-perfect for food prep and seating a family of five.

in these particular house i like to involve the present and the past and the best way is to have modern technology in a beautiful Spanish design then the vest way is to have an over-sized space the rec room I incorporated the latest's sound system and with that a 60 inch LSD TV and a brand new X-BOX and a PS3 in these special area of the residence right across from these room is the pool and these creates the perfect party filling in these residence, and since i like to have my own time of relaxation I designed and

created a wine cellar for the rec room and the pool itself. Well that's all and now you know my dream house.
